Mary, at the front desk, is awful. She usually has a snarky remark or makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. I'm a first time Mom and don't know everything, so I might ask a dumb question that doesn't seem dumb to me. She should practice more humility and put herself in other people's shoes in my opinion. She's just a receptionist, so I don't know why she's so rude. The ladies in the back are always very kind and sometimes make up for Mary's rudeness. Front desk lady is RUDE AS CAN BE! I don't like that I have to go there. Would give 5 starts if she wasn't there. She's awful! The people in the back talk forever to you, but they are nice.
