I came to this WIC office in 2022. They changed the staff around 2023 and the new ladies here are much better compared to before. I feel the previous ladies wasn’t as caring. The current WIC nutritionist staff- Lizzie and Elaine. I went to 3 appointments so far; Lizzie is very professional. She listens and really care. She offers good advice and useful help whenever a concern is addressed. I believe the reviews on this office were made from before they changed the ladies here. The rudest office workers I have had experience with in a while. I left without benefits and am never going back. Not worth it.
I made an appointment to apply for services. I asked what information I needed to bring to the appointment and wrote down what was needed. I was told to show up 15 min early which I did only to be locked out of the building as they as closed for lunch between 12-1 (why tell me to come early…. Annoying but it’s fine) I get inside to find out I can not be seen because my children aren’t with me. Weird because I have the list of what I needed for the appointment and the kids wasn’t on it!
