I have used Tullys service twice... both times he overcharged me... I called to get mini split charged because they are only company here in Carrollton that does hvac... I asked them to charge a brand new mini split and said they can't because he didn't install it... so I had it installed by professionals and now he will not charge it... they think they have monopoly in Carrollton and can charge whatever they want pick jobs he wants... horrible hvac company.. he charged me 329 dollars for a part I found online for 50 bucks..... read more

I called on Monday. They were able to come Tuesday to diagnose the issue. They had the part in stock and installed same day, very reasonable on price as well! Darrik was very nice, knowledgeable and did a very great job at explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it! Thank you Tully’s! The next couple of days are going to be nice and cool due to your quick service!
