The doctor prescribed a cough suppressant while telling me it only works for about 30% of the population. Obviously, it did not help, and I remained sick with breathing issues for 6 weeks afterward. I was also later billed nearly $300 after being told at the visit that I owed nothing. Would you be happy with a 30% on an exam, receiving only 30% of your weekly check, 30% of anything?! This urgent care is OK with 30%.

Having a hoard of sick people wait outside for 30+ mins after a staff meeting should have ended is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional

Would give a 5 star rating but the lady that works at the front desk is VERY rude. I have gone there a few times and she’s always been rude to me and other people. Other than that the staff and doctors are amazing!

I’ve gone a couple times in the last month, there was barely any waiting in the waiting room and all the medical staff that I spoke to were great. It was no dillydally no dicking me around no nothing right to the point in and out. I was there for a half an hour maybe.
