Tully Rinckey has been the absolute worst law firm I have ever worked with. I was assigned a junior member of the firm which meant I was essentially paying double for my attorney and the attorney partner who oversaw his work. Just one example of the poor representation happened when the junior attorney was going to send a document with to the opposing party that still had the track changes marked on it with attorney-client privileged information. I did not feel truly represented by this firm. The attorneys often came across as condescending and dismissive, and they seemed more focused on settling quickly than advocating for my interests. I felt rushed through the process, as if my case wasn’t worth their time or effort. Despite strong evidence, the firm showed little willingness to push back against the agency, and I ultimately lost the case. I cannot recommend this firm to others seeking committed, client-focused representation.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I was not pleased with the lawyer I had. She was dismissive and rude. Did not help my case. Only made it worse. I do not recommend.

I hired this firm in 2022 for a custody/support case. I was promised a firm that would help me fight for my rights as a father. That is far from what I got. My attorney Micheal was great over the phone. But the guy they had show up to my court dates was not (Thomas). This man had to be constantly reminded about his court room actions (repeatedly standing up when asked to sit), he said nothing to defend my position. There wasn't a ounce of courage in him. I have done 3 complaints with nothing, and got no where. You get charged for every tiny thing, from an email to a piece of paper. I've been charged for multiple things multiple times and when asked to look into it, got charged for that too.

After my second deployment to Afghanistan I was fired from my government job, since it was not "compatible" with being in the military. Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod took this case and said he could win but first needed a retainer and then some, and then some etc. I said this was all my money but he said if I did not pay the case would stop. So I had no choice but to keep paying. Nearly destitute he "won" the case but was only awarded a couple of grand with him talking nearly all my deployment money

My husband filed for bankruptcy last year in January. We were told 6 months so far we paid in full and we have been passed around to 4 different lawyers. When we contact them they ask for more and more paystubs. I feel that they are scam artists and on Tuesday 22 of February I'm asking for a full refund. I can't believe these people are still in buisness. My rate is ZERO
