These guys were great. Very helpful when I wanted inspection (twice), when I negotiated and all with a smile, and on the ball with paperwork.
Completely useless at communicating and by the time they do send you an application form for a property, they take it off the market within 48 hours. Emailed 29/12, replied 12/01. In effect they had been open 1 week after the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
I've seen rocks better at communication.
Most unprofessional reality, Chris is a big sweet talker then comes to the day of the house inspection and he's not their doesn't call to confirm or ask where we were then when I call up asking where he is he tells me it was for an hour before our inspection time and is rude and arrogant goodluck selling houses buddy 😂😂
