Always great service …. People need to be more patient … and check the hours operation to plan accordingly vs getting angry with staff …. The staff is wonderful it’s poor planning on the customer/patient !!!
Horrible horrible place to go. Waited for over an hour to get my blood drawn with inexperienced personnel. She said I was too dehydrated and therefore couldn’t take my blood even though I literally chugged a ton of water right before. She poked me twice and had no idea what she is doing, kept moving needle a lot in my arm hurting me.
I have had my blood drawn here several times, sometimes it's a bit of a wait, other times it's very quick - just depends on the time of day. Recently I went by and had a very pleasant experience. Yolanta helped transfer over my script requisition for bloodwork from another lab to their location very promptly. She was kind and informative. Daschae drew my blood effortlessly and she was friendly and funny as well. I would recommend their location, staff is very friendly and considerate.
