The care here is good, but they have the most obnoxious scheduling system. A machine answers the phone; and a voice congratulates itself on how wonderful their "updated" machine is for patients, followed by horrendous, ear-splitting sounds only Stamford Health--and no one else--would consider music. This is instead of anyone answering the phone. Finally a person gets on, asks 4 or 5 questions and puts you back on hold for more soul-destroying non-music. Why?
