This diagnostic center used to be great. Right now (March 2025), it is in transition to a new system (Epic) and is NOT running smoothly. Much more crowded than I’ve seen in 20 years and very long waits. Hopefully it will improve once the kinks are worked out. I will likely not return.

I went for an MRI on Sunday afternoon, the person who makes them Mrs Yun, had a strong accent and because I told her that I didn't understand her, she gave me a difficult time, she told me that I was just an emigrant, she behaved very rudely and told me that I could schedule if I didn't feel comfortable. I am the sick one and she is the professional, she is supposed to be more patient and give a professional service without offending the patients. I never go back to that place.

We called and made an X-ray appointment. We had a doctor’s order and needed immediate care. When we arrived for the appointment, the doors were locked, building and parking lot empty. They were closed. We were an hour early, at their request. It was a Saturday evening. Why would their scheduler make an appointment for a time they’re closed? We verified several times that it was a PM appointment. Two days wasted time being untreated is not good care.
