Trying to call at 2pm on a Monday and I got a voicemail that said please call back during regular business hours.
I was a patient here over 15+ years and saw Dr. McKeen in May of 2025. I wanted to try switiching to a different office that was closer to work and am unhappy with the new office. They were so quick to tell me they can't take me back and they are not accepting new patients even though I had just seen the doctor less than 2 months ago. Only thing I can say is I will miss my PA Sharon.
I saw Sharon for a new patient intake appt. I absolutely loved her. She was thorough, kind, funny and professional. She took her time and listened to what I was saying and gave great tx recommendations. Glad I could get in to this office after mine closed!
Abandonment of Care to myself and 84 y.o. father. Terrible service. Uncaring medical "professionals". And uncaring office support. Transferring out at the end of the year but they will not see myself or my 84 year old father until from now until then which is Abandonment of Care and is illegal. Unbelievably unprofessional.
