I was a patient under Dr. Tullis care from 1987 to 1994. From 87 to 89 i was in the Impaired Nurses Program and had to adhere to treatment team recommenadations. Dr. Tullis took me off of all psych meds which i had been told to never stop. I became suicidal and still no meds. I was bi polar for Gods sake. Then when i relapsed after suicide attempt he refused to treat me because i started bi polar meds. Today i take latuda and seroquel and im stable and sober. No psych admissions since 2016!!

He requires everyone to have the exact same treatment; if you do not follow it then he doesnt examine why the treatment is not being followed, instead he just kicks you out of his practice. A family member was under his care for addiction. He also happened to be suicidal that the time. Tullis kept pushing him into "are you addicted to the thought of suicide?"
