Scheduled oil change and stuck for over 2 hours because I mentioned some radio and blinker issues, note this is a 2025 and only 6ish months old. We'll they decided ri run a radio reprogramming that was found, without notifying or asking me. They can't provide an ETA and they didn't even get to diagnosing the blinker issue. Absolutely horrible service center now fully regret getting the Tulley maintenance package
Had issues changing a part on my own so I brought the vehicle in and gave them a baggie with the firewall screws in. After the service they handed the bag back to me and in the service notes it stated "gave customer back bag of screws that had nothing to do with repair" my tire rubbing on my firewall says otherwise. Brought to a real mechanic down the street and was told they get ex Tulley clients all the time
Tulley is the best place to truck or car shop and they are very professional in anything & everything they do!!!
They were able to get our car in very quickly. They were very nice to provide me a ride/shuttle me from the dealership while thw car was being worked on. They were able to handle our issue under warranty and within the day.
