Absolutely horrible dealership. I came pre approved from my credit union and Tullys will not sell a vehicle to me because I am not going through them for financing. I got approved at 6.25% and Tully’s approved me for 19%. When I told them I will pay the sticker price and bring them the funds in full and they denied to sell to me. How is this legal?
Scheduled oil change and stuck for over 2 hours because I mentioned some radio and blinker issues, note this is a 2025 and only 6ish months old. We'll they decided ri run a radio reprogramming that was found, without notifying or asking me. They can't provide an ETA and they didn't even get to diagnosing the blinker issue. Absolutely horrible service center now fully regret getting the Tulley maintenance package
Had issues changing a part on my own so I brought the vehicle in and gave them a baggie with the firewall screws in. After the service they handed the bag back to me and in the service notes it stated "gave customer back bag of screws that had nothing to do with repair" my tire rubbing on my firewall says otherwise. Brought to a real mechanic down the street and was told they get ex Tulley clients all the time
