Everything was excellent except the front desk. The representative was able to walk me through all the needs of the vehicle and regularly updated me and made me completely clear on the service done on the vehicle. Unfortunately I had to wait in the front desk unnecessarily to collect my vehicle because they heard my name wrong though I said first and last name and not bother to check with me again guiding me to chase the employees.
