This place is closed. I got my wedding dress here back in February. They closed in March due to covid. They referred to me their sister company Felicia bridal in downtown, to get my wedding dress and alteration.
THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They sold me a stained/damaged gown and tried to play it off as a BRAND NEW dress.. and tried to get me to pay full price. They do not reply to your email in a timely manner. They give you the run around and take you for a fool, when really, they are doing some very suspicious things. They made up some excuse about our only option was to send us the gown. That for some reason we believed them... one of my friends recommend this boutique shop to me. i took my wife there last weekend and she fell in love with it right away. the location is perfectly next to unionville and the neighborhood is lovely. the ladies at shop are super friendly and as beautiful as their flowers and dresses. my wife bought some flowers and they are very fresh. also we made an appointment to try some dresses next week. im sure my wife will find her dream dress at this place. good service and fair price, highly recommended.
