I had a great experience both here and at the North Andover Tulle Bridal outlet. Although I ended up choosing a dress from the other Tulle location, I was grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Kate. She was spot on with pulling dresses that fit my style and gave great guidance on what types of dresses work best for my body type. Came here for my sister’s first time trying on wedding dresses and worked with Kate. She pulled some great options, but was able to determine that they didn’t have a lot of the type of dress my sister was gravitating towards in the store. She called the N. Andover location on the spot and got us set up with an associate so we could hop in the car and continue our appointment at their other location. Wonderful customer service!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Tulle. From the minute I walked in - the place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I began working with Zoe who went above and beyond to help me through such a difficult process. She clearly did her homework before I had arrived to my appointment and arranged excellent dress selections based on my taste.
