Have been a patient here for over a decade and have found everyone to be kind and helpful. I especially want to note that Dr Han Thai , my regular gp of the last couple of years, has been exceptional. The best gp I've ever known. She is very thorough, caring , knowledgeable, communicative and kind. If you want a Dr who exemplifies true medical care and service and the epitome of the Hippocratic oath of medicine , it is Dr Han Thai.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel the reception experience at this clinic needs attention. The older receptionist with short red hair was noticeably rude and dismissive during my visit. I understand appointments can be limited and the staff may be under pressure, but laughing or making light of someone’s situation—especially when they’re unwell or caring for a sick family member—comes across as unprofessional.
