I saw Dr Hugh Poulton for the second time today and find him extremely thorough. Easy to speak to along with being on time for both the appointments I had.. He doesn’t bulk bill like some of the others in the clinic however it’s worth finding the money for a better service. I hope he stays with this clinic as there have been a few come and go after Dr Gredina moved on. Keep up the fantastic work Dr Poulton.
awful experience here. i have never made my own appointment before but i called in to make a phone appointment. My scheduled appointment was at 4:40, the dr i was assigned was running late so i waited. I waited over an hour and i still received no phone call. Now i have to make a new appointment with the after hours service. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this clinic.

I tried avoiding this clinic as I had a bad experience here before with one of the doctors. I recently had an appointment with one of their new doctors as I couldn’t get an appointment with my reg GP and I was impressed. I saw Dr. Pooja and Habib and they were very thorough. I didn’t feel rush.
Since I can’t afford paying extra I’m stuck with bulk billing Dr. she wants as many patients as she can get. I’ve been sick for nearly 3 months she can’t even tell me what’s wrong. I’m too sick & tired for searching.
