Bizzarely hostile, rude, condescending staff. I guess you ought to be something of a florist yourself to shop here, as I was made to feel about two inches tall with every question that I asked. My husband had these sent to me for our 15 year anniversary. They did not disappoint. I feel like the pictures do not do it justice for how big and beautiful this arrangement is. And they are very floral. The scent is amazing.
