Very disappointing experience. The VIP voucher was misleading, with extra charges for parts despite the advertised free labour. I requested a refund and cancellation over a month ago, but have been ignored. I feel completely scammed and would not recommend
This has been a very disappointing experience. I feel completely misled by the way the voucher was marketed. I paid $350 for a voucher and was told I would get free labor. However, when I actually took my car there, I was told I'd still have to pay a ridiculous. amount for the parts. So, where is the saving? I bought one of their pre-paid "VIP Mechanical Vouchers" expecting a fair deal, but it is a total scam. They claim to cut off the labor charges, but they completely make up for it by trying to charge double the actual cost for the parts. Their quote with "free labor" ended up being significantly higher than what you would pay for a standard service anywhere else. Was nervous to take new car here but Mazda was becoming too expensive. Was really happy with the servicing they did, good communication and price was a lot better than going to Mazda. Highly recommend
