Unfortunately, our experience with this caterer was mixed and overall frustrating. While parts of the food and service were good, several areas missed the mark. We were very pleased with the service offered. We had booked a wedding rehearsal buffet dinner for 25. The Catering staff led by Raj, arrived early and were very helpful in making the buffet a success. They demonstrated good understanding of our needs and adapted the set up accordingly. Easily the smoothing part of our wedding. Food was phenomenal. We worked with Karly from abroad and sent our moms to the tasting. Communication was clear and fast. Day of could not have been better! Guests loved the steak and salmon
Would definitely recommend Tulips & Maple. Through the event planning phase, all responses were prompt, thorough and focussed on meeting our needs. Heather accommodated a number of dietary needs with ease, including asking for a list of individuals and their requirements so as to ensure that none of our guests were served inappropriately.
