There were so many lovely elements to the body work I had with Julia that helped my body and senses to feel held in the process of unwinding she supported me through. The herbal hot compress felt like a really deep medicine for my body and senses. I appreciated the different modalities she integrated into the session like tradition Thai body work and a deep sense of listening and mirroring back my experience that helped me to move through some of the grief I was holding in my body through a kind of somatic presencing.
