Chris was very helpful in solving my issue with my furnace. It turned out to be under warranty. He also noticed a pipe was not connected and he connected it. He also helped me with understanding my thermostat and set it up so the furnace fan runs constantly distributing the heat throughout the house evenly. He also took the time to reassure that the venting through the roof was still in tack. I really appreciated his service. I would not hesitate in having him come back when I needed some help.
Chris came out in a pinch on a Friday eve and was so patient, thorough and fast. Highly recommend.
