the repair was well done. tech was friendly, professional, and offer good information of cause and future prevention. down one point because as most customers an immediate repair would have been prefered but of course a couple day delay was not impacting.
Friendly and honest business. Our strata complex uses Tulip. As the Strata President, I can say that the many owners that have used Tulip's services for both plumbing, air conditioning and heating have been very, very satisfied. Wish we had more trades like this one.
