Rip off crooked dishonest manager checked in 1 night already paid on a website when I arrived he told me had no confirmation said it was a scam.Had to pay for the night said he would give me the best room .Room smelt dirty disgusting room.1 bath towel 1/4 roll of toilet paper no extra rolls.When I checked out ask for a receipt he gave me one with Expedia on it different amount .
I wouldn't give this motel 1 star, but I had to give at least one which is too much. Problems... shifty service and you have to fight to get your room cleaned and get clean towels. Ant infestations in different rooms. Black mold, a bucket under vanity sink because they don't want to fix the plumbing and guests are liable if the bucket overflows because you're not aware of the bucket . Cracked paint and cigarette stains everywhere. Shotty bed that have blocks underneath and rolling out from the wall. No working phone for room... read more
Nice room, comfy bed. The host is very kind & personable! Close to downtown & the restaurants on Dundas. The TV has a fire stick, so can easily sign in to your own account. Can't beat the price! Will definitely be staying here again 👍
