There is a driver who is rude to passengers. He shuts the doors to the bus without a word when we try to speak to him and he takes off on his break and coming back late. At one point he arrived an hour late and still went on his lunch break. He also frequently misses some bulk stops and he doesn't realize it until I've pulled the string. Overall terrible experience. He needs to be fired.
