Needs security and maintenance looks dirty
A lot different from a few years ago! Everything is updated, the loop buses slightly changed some routes, but mostly the same. It's a lot of shaking and bumpy when the road is messed up. Don't ride if you have back problems! It's really hard to hear sometimes. Other than those aspects it's great,!
Never on time and buses always break down; I keep arriving late to class. Terrible.
Since Tulare took over tcat it has been a broken down mess no buses are running half the time one driver for all routes this is a waste of tax payers dollars
