Dr. Cresrow is professional, polite, and truly listened to my concerns. She explained everything in terms I can understand. I had surgery under her care and have recommended other people.
I visited Dr Chesrow office on 1/23/2026 to have a catheter removed that was put on my body due to a 30 foot fall from a roof on Christmas Day received HORRIBLE treatment from East Jefferson Hospital they refractured my ribs the last few days in physical therapy pluss way more, I am far from the complaining type had to do something I have wrote 6 pages,this here is just a tiny portion, I am still deciding what I going to do. My first impression is NOT good with the person that scheduled me. It was the same way when I try to do a full body bone scan. It was a nightmare just a simple scheduling. What is going on over here?
I’ve been being treated by Dr Hellstrom for nearly five years now. While he is a great doctor, the Tulane staff couldn’t plan a picnic. They have failed on multiple occasions to ensure my medication was present on my appointment date. This is unacceptable, especially considering I let them know I would be flying in to make my appointments. I cannot understand how people so incompetent could be in such an important position.
If there ever was office that did NOT care about you or even whether they themselves existed this would be it. The scheduler person doesn't care. Dr Hellstrom's nurse doesn't care. They can't figure out how to order the very medications they prescribe to you if they have to do a prior authorization for a specialty pharmacy or anything. If you seek care here it will be a fight every step of the way. Do yourself a favor and just look for the next available doctor elsewhere.
