Amrit’s Tula brunch is absolutely top‑tier. The made‑your‑way omelet was cooked perfectly, fresh, flavorful, and genuinely one of the best I’ve had. But the real highlight of the visit was Jordan S. Her professionalism, timing, and warm sense of humor elevated the entire experience. She struck that perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and she made the meal feel personal and memorable. If you’re heading to Tula for brunch, do yourself a favor and sit in Jordan’s section. She’s outstanding.
We stayed at a neighboring resort and walked to Tula. Our breakfast on their balcony was amazing! If I were rating only that, it would have received 5 stars across the board. But, we scheduled our anniversary dinner a couple of days later. The prices were those of a fancy restaurant but the tables were bare with faux marble, no linen in sight, making the experience that of a cafe instead of a fine restaurant. The best sunrise spot on Singer island. Delicious omelette, amazing porridge bowl, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Shoutout to Jordan S for the top-notch, friendly service. Can't wait for breakfast again tomorrow.
