Excellent experience. Had a lovely ride home from the hospital with a lovely older lady who handled herself very well and professionally. She also came to meet me inside the clinic to take me to the car parked just outside the hospital entrance doors. Wonderful and well worth the price to have a safe and enjoyable ride home.

I had the absolute best experience possible with this company. I worried that it wouldn't all come together but it did. I needed to be picked up after a daycare procedure with anesthetic at the BC cancer clinic in Vancouver. I didn't know anyone in the city and it required an in-person pickup. I contacted Tuktu and they reassured me that this was not a problem and I could count on them. Sure enough on the day and time Harvey Larochelle was there to pick me up. We needed help with a minor tech issue for an older relative in Vancouver. On the whole, Tutku worked very well for us, and we would unhesitatingly use that company again in the future. It was very easy to set up the Tutku app and profile on our iPhones. We located a tech helper near the relative's care home, and the helper communicated with us well prior to the appointment.The helper showed up at the expected time and in the end did resolve our relative's issue. I booked tuktu 2 days before an appointment. They gave me phone number and name of someone to pick me up at the hospital. I texted and called that person 2 hrs before my surgery to confirm they would answer the phone call from the nurse when I was out of sedation. That person read my text but would not respond to the text or answer my call. I finally called tuktu and they told me they changed the pick up person. I found that the assessment I participated in today was very helpful in formulating my own plans for an additional day to complete the cleaning of my suite. This additional day would be booked once I had completed the sorting and filing of my own office materials. In the meantime I look forward to enjoying the results of the first day of work very soon.
