Highly recommend Tuktu Care! I recently had a ride home from the hospital and was so impressed by the care and thoughtfulness of my driver, Peizhe James Liu. The ride itself was incredibly comfortable, but it was the driver's attentive attitude that truly stood out. He walked at my pace to the car, making sure I was steady and didn't rush me at all. I very much appreciate this service, thank you. Nousha was on time, 'reported' in to the clinic so I didn't have to, and was just lovely. She is a good driver so I had no ill effects en route and felt safe. I have been letting others know about my experience including my sister in Calgary, hoping the service is or will soon be available there too.

I learned about Tuktu from the medical office where I needed to have an escort home from an appointment. From the first phone call to drop off at my home, the entire process was professional, easy to do and very much exactly what I needed. The person assigned to pick me up was able to come early as my procedure was quicker than expected. She came and picked me up in the hospital and took right to my door - then even hopped out of her car to say hi to my dog! If I ever need this again I surely will use this service. Karen arrived on time and set to work in my garden straight away . She worked steadily for over two hours helping me clear areas of my large garden of invasive plants . She was delightful - personable and quick . I very much appreciated her being here to help me .

Not a good experience. Not a good show of the "compassionate" as-advertised care that I was expecting. I was booked with the company and was looking forward to them coming. 90 minutes before they were to come, I experienced a medical emergency and I had to go to the hospital. I called them to let them know. The lady that I spoke to automatically told me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee!
