I’m giving this salon 4 stars because I want to support a local business, but unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with my experience and won’t be coming back. When I arrived, my appointment started about 20 minutes late. I understand that delays can happen and even 10 minutes is reasonable, but when someone books a specific time, it should be respected.
