Had my first session at Tugun Osteopathy regarding an issue I had have had for a significant amount of time. Walking out of the appointment, I instantly felt a release of tension in my back. Dr Kira was professional from start to finish. She also followed up with an email showcasing the stretches I can perform to continue my rehabilitation. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Kira has been absolutely incredible in helping me continue to recover after my car accident. From the first session she was so attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She took the time to really understand what my body had been through and tailored the treatment to help relieve the pain and tension I am experiencing.
Top notch treatment by Dr Kira nailing all problem areas after a brief yarn as to what had been causing grief. Also a great guide of follow up exercises to target these areas. Would highly recommend their professional treatment.
Really great - was able to book in within hours and left feeling so much better!
