My partner and I saw Kira during my pregnancy for end of pregnancy support and to learn about strategies and techniques that we could use during labour including a tens machine, Rebozo, birth comb and birth sling. She was SO knowledgeable and we left the session feeling so prepared for how we could use all the exercises and tools to support a positive birth experience!
