It has one of the best physios on the coast and the doctors have always been nice.
Both my children and my spouse are patients at Tugun Family Medicine. Dr Tilley and Dr Nadi have been thorough, kind and supportive Drs. The nursing staff have also been extremely helpful with care plans and vaccinations. Highly recommend.
Why do Medical Reception staff have to be so rude? I called in being a local 3 years and needed to see if they were taking on new patients. Im a mature age adult still working in medical myself. The response was delivered so rudely. So much so that all the people waiting in the waiting room were looking at me and the receptionist as I walked out. Nope! Not for me!!!! Extremely poor patient experience on multiple occasions with multiple front desk task. Poor phone manner, unfriendly, unhelpful and a barrier to accessing health care. As an allied health professional myself working out of multiple clinics, I have rarely come across such poor service. I will note that I did receive excellent care in regards to the various GPs and nurse I encountered.
