This is the best kind of hole-in-the-wall. Super authentic Taiwan food. The Beef Noodle soup is authentic. The broth is fragrant and complex. The slabs of shank have lent all of their collagen to the broth and are served about as tender as possible. The fried chicken is crisp, juicy and perfectly seasoned with the right amount of white pepper. The pork bowl is authentic comfort food as well.
