Tuggle handled my case and he was absolutely amazing !! He got me and my two kids settled in a great time frame and got us exactly what we deserved !!!! I would recommend him to anyone !
David and his staff deserve 10 stars in my mind. He went above and beyond to give any information, with or without asking and even after hours or on his vacation. I wished I didn't have to endure this situation, but I would refer family and friends to him as he and his staff are remarkable.
Working with Dave Tuggle was a great experience. He was honest, straightforward, and while he gave us confidence and explained the process, he also managed our expectations and told us how many hurdles were in front of us on the "journey". At first the appointment was going very well. I brought as much paperwork as I could fit in my briefcase, eventhough I was needing to bring two pieces of paperwork. I brought...a lot of paperwork, just in case. I was answering questions to the best of my ability, though having a hard time keeping my focus so it doesn't take so long for me to answer a question.
