Fantastic experience. I consider myself a hard marker when it comes to mechanical work as I do a lot of the maintenance on my car. Mark and the team ticked every box. Informed of the diagnosis, given estimate for most likely scenarios and possible pathways, called when information was confirmed with a solid quote and completed the work in a shorter period than I expected. Mark and his team where great to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable in helping to repair our Iload. Another shop quoted 3x the amount it cost to get done by Mark and his team. Highly recommend for any transmission, brake and log book servicing needs.

Thank you to Mark who took the time and effort to replace my father’s tcm unit (instead of replacing the entire mechatronics as quoted by another mechanic). This saved unnecessary money being spent on a unit that was not required.

I had problem with the disc brakes on my caravan, on a Friday of course, and the team made a couple of hoses for me while I waited. They also threw in a couple of blanking plugs and I was back on the road. Can't get better service than that. Highly recommended.
