Not very impressed. My car was taken to Mark from my mechanic due to a clutch error in the mechatronic. Mark couldn't get the code or fault to come back on so I made the decision to proceed with a replacement given the uncertainty of when it will happen again. Mark ordered the part. I then spoke to my mechanic who advised I should look into a warranty claim given the repair was at $4850. As soon as I did that I ensured the part order would be cancelled and no cost to Mark. Thrashed car, down shifted into first from second instead of into third, scrapped front bumper when pulling back into driveway. 1 of 300 made in that spec and treated it like a second hand Camry. Seemed to have some knowledge but not completely rounded. Nice fella but not happy with treatment of car and no apologies.
Mark and his team rebuilt my LX hatchback transmission. It's excellent. Very professional and skilled tradesmen. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the work done right the first time. I'd give em 10 stars if I could. 😃
My pajero suffered a major failure of the transfer case. Mark and his team sorted it out quickly. No other transmission repairer in Canberra was prepared to give the job a go. Thanks!!! Highly recommend.
