Do not use them: I have had a number of issues with this service agent over time. Bike was booked in for an oil change today, spoke to 2 different staff members and told them what I wanted. Then they go ahead and do a full 20k sevice, which wasn't required and then have the gall to charge me $450 for an oil change, suggesting they are doing me a favour. Get home and found driving lights wiring had been pulled out and not re-attached. Completely incompetent.
Great experience, bought a set of tyres after suggestion from a friend, could not be happier. I had tyres fitted to another bike a couple weeks earlier at another major shop in Canberra, TMC will be my only stop going forward, so much better to deal with and the team couldnt be more helpful. Thanks TMC, see you next time.
It's a great motorcycle shop that looks like they deal with all sorts of motorcyces so imagine there's a really good skill set here of experience. The guys service was friendly and informative and when you're on the phone they didn't talk to you like some yabbos do when they just sound like they want to get rid of you and these guys understand that customer relations and communication are really important.
