These guys need ten stars ! Stuart and Mark worked until 7 pm to correct an error made by someone else because they knew we had commitments with the car the next day .. including travelling interstate for some surgery ! We cannot fault their good old fashioned Aussie customer service and can’t thank them enough for their great work and the generosity of their time and consideration .. when they really didn’t have to . I had my alternator swapped out for a replacement around 8 weeks ago after intermittent cutting out of my van whilst driving. There were some minor symptoms post the replacement but there was no hesitation to attend to rectifying these issues. A week ago, my van had a severe electrical fault and broke down.
