I took my cat Indiana today. I was so worried about her not being her usual self just recently. Abby & Dr Corinne were so lovely & took such good care of her. Dr Corinne is very caring & so patient with my highly anxious cat. They did not keep her longer than required but made sure she was safe to come home. I’ll definitely take my other 2 there. It’s always scary starting somewhere new & we only moved here 3 months ago. Hence the anxiety! Thank you Tuggerah Veterinary Clinic :)
All the staff I've encountered here have been beyond amazing to all the pets myself and my family have had cared for by them. The vets and nurses are so polite, kind and respectful and I always feel they care about me and my babies. They have always made me feel welcome, squeezed me in for urgent appointments, answered questions for me over the phone, clearly explained what they are doing and what they recommend during examinations and have always treated my animals with respect and compassion. Been going here for years but won't be returning Terrible experience, mislead on price several times where the 'estimate' didn't cover things that were already agreed upon. Another $200 was tacked on with no explanation, which seemed to disappear as I asked what it was for. Everything might have been justified but when you're told it'll be $1,250 including bloods then suddenly it's $1790 with no reasonable explanation, this is just poor customer service and communication about what everything will actually cost.

We’ve visited the clinic twice now and have had a wonderful experience each time. The service is consistently excellent, and the team is incredibly caring and attentive. Dr. Cassandra is truly exceptional , she explains everything clearly, takes the time to answer questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. We feel very confident and supported in her care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.
