Been going here for years but won't be returning Terrible experience, mislead on price several times where the 'estimate' didn't cover things that were already agreed upon. Another $200 was tacked on with no explanation, which seemed to disappear as I asked what it was for. Everything might have been justified but when you're told it'll be $1,250 including bloods then suddenly it's $1790 with no reasonable explanation, this is just poor customer service and communication about what everything will actually cost.

We’ve visited the clinic twice now and have had a wonderful experience each time. The service is consistently excellent, and the team is incredibly caring and attentive. Dr. Cassandra is truly exceptional , she explains everything clearly, takes the time to answer questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. We feel very confident and supported in her care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.
Found budgie and took it here as vets can find owner or rehome. Vet had no interest in helping us. Had to leave with budgie.
