Dr Vikki was my vet from early 2000 ,she did home visits for one if my dogs and my horse ,she also did low cost fees when I took in a pup that was under weight and riddled with worms .I moved in 2015 ,so haven't been to this ver since then but a bit dishearted to read some of these reviews .I've recently come across 40 or so neglected cats and taken in the pup ,was going to call to see if I could get help with the pup ,but not sure the travel would be worth it ,but will say Vicki was and still is the most honest vet I've eve... read more
What a patronising rude vet I came across yesterday at this vets , the receptionist was very nice apologised for the wait which I accepted . On entering the treatment room I came across a very rude vet who made me feel that I hadn’t looked after my dogs teeth I said they were in a bad state but didn’t realise how bad they were , for her to say twice with a smug smile on her face “oh you did “ twice to me which made me feel that I had neglected my beautiful little dog who we all love dearly , I had previously told her that we... read more
The vet I saw could not have been nicer to me and my staffy. Only issue was my appointment was at 5 I arrived at 4:50 went inside to tell the receptionist I was going to wait in my car as my old boy is triggered by other dogs and will bark, however, the receptionist failed to pass on this message and at 530 I re entered the waiting room which was very busy as was the receptionist. The genuine care, concern, and treatment shown towards my cats and myself was the best service I've ever received from any veterinary clinic. My cats are healing perfectly. I can tell how well they've been cared for because they're have no stress or trauma signs. Thank you for the exceptional care and service given to my kittens.
