I highly recommend Helen Bowen to individuals with hand or wrist injury!! She is calm, patience, very good listener, and does not judge you when your sharing your personal experience with pain. Helen gives and demonstrate exercises that is suitable for clients needs to help you build strength and fast recovery. Highly recommend Tuggerah Physiotherapy Centre! I had surgery for a snapped ankle ligament in February, including a Brostrom procedure, and I'm now back to 100% thanks to the incredible team. Justin’s dedication to my recovery was outstanding, and Helen provided excellent care whenever he was unavailable. Even the receptionists are awesome. This is hands down the best place for physio—thank you for getting me back on my feet!
Was on holiday and my wife needed to see a Physio. The service from the girls at the front was Excellent they helped us with a difficult enquiry. And thanks to the Physio who was also great! Thanks again guys
Had an old back issue flair up. Needed some joint mobilisation. These guys were great. Usng my healthcare insurance there was 0$ gap fee. And the back is feeling great.
Highly recommend Helen. She's patient, gentle and obviously an expert on knees and upper body treatment. Best results and experience and feel extremely comfortable in her care.
