Living on the Central Coast for nearly 3 years now, it took some time to find the right Physiotherapy Centre that met my standards and expectations. I was given a recommendation by a colleague to try Tuggerah Physiotherapy Centre who not only specialise in hand and upper limb therapy but also cover everything we all know a physiotherapist to do. I see Helen at Tuggerah physiotherapy centre she is very lovely always happy to answer any questions or concerns I have during our sessions. The admin staff are so lovely if your needing to see a physiotherapist this is the place to go

‘I saw Helen because she previously helped me regain strength after I broke my leg and dislocated my ankle all at once. This time I needed help with neck pain for which she has been able to, through physical therapy and perfect advice, reduce my pain and get my recovery headed in the right direction. Sincerely Jim’
