Highly highly recommended Helen and her team. Helen was so attentive, gentle, knowledgeable and nurturing throughout my 6 month recovery process. Worth breaking a bone just to visit!

‘I saw Helen because she previously helped me regain strength after I broke my leg and dislocated my ankle all at once.
