Went in with sore and swollen tonsils with a obvious infection and the dr told me she could could not look and them because of Covid and then they still made me pay and I am now stuck trying to find another dr

I completely forgot about this clinic until a friend was advising me how they did a pre-employment medical check here and got treated badly. I came to see one of the dr’s who just abused me in all my appointments and even lost my pathology test. I’m not sure how that’s possible with a pathology clinic inside the medical centre. I tried to speak to the practice manager, but she couldn’t care. And the comment from the manager below about me leaving a review for the wrong medical centre is just gaslighting. I’ve been a patient of Dr Ray for some years, it’s nice to have a consistent doctor on the Central Coast; which has an issue with retaining doctors. Dr Ray is thorough, professional and accommodating and I hope to continue seeing him for many years to come.
