Excellent service
Making a purchase from Tuggerah 4x4 was the worst retail experience that I have had. I ordered a bullbar, brush bars and sidesteps to be installed on my brand new vehicle. First there were delays, weeks and then days and then hours whilst I was standing waiting for the work to be finished. And still the brush bars and side steps were not installed. When I drove out the entire bullbar was rattling as though it was not bolted in properly. I stopped and had to tighten all of the under body bolts as they were barely threaded in.... read more
Phoned up Tuggerah 4x4 & Outdoor this morning to get some advice with some issues we were having with our rear leaf springs and airbags. As we are travelling from Geelong through to Townsville with a Van and were forced to pull off the road due to safety concerns and strandard. Jayden and his crew were amazing, trouble shooting the problems on the spot then fixing the issues to get us on our way asap.
