Being I can’t give you a negative in stars I guess I’ll give you 1 star for having a nice install guy. Nothing like ordering a fire place insert in September.. getting it installed in December.. to it not working right and no blower fan installed with it. I called after Christmas was told someone would call me back. Week later I called again. Still waiting for someone to call me back. I can see why you are no longer in business. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend.
I work for Thomas Excavating and Trash Service, and they do a phenomenal with our tools and equipment, and we use them for our personal lawn mowers and tools as well.
Always helpful, courteous, comparable prices, and come right to the door.
Just got a xt3 gsx delt with Rick he hooked me up with a berco blower and fab mower deck and soft cab package nothing but impressed with the machine any questions Rick was right there with answers if he didn't know he found out great machine great people to deal with ����
Make sure you are at the right house before you try to take someone's riding lawn mower. Thankfully I was home and the man who almost took it said his boss told him just to take it. Even though my car was in the driveway and with a simple knock on the door I could have told him he was at the wrong house. �
