If I could give it a 0 I would, just left the emergency room with my chest feeling like it's on fire on the inside where I received no treatment! A doctor or nurse neither came into my room and the nurse straight lied about it and the HNC seemed like she could care less! Going somewhere where a person can get treatment
I brought my friend here the night of thanksgiving knowing it’s a holiday and that things can be hectic for all medical staff. But I cannot express enough the disappointment and anger I felt in my soul experiencing what we did tonight with registration desk. My friend was having severe chest pain and was pale and passing in and out etc. We both stood there for a couple minutes thinking the receptionist just stepped over out of view.
