If I could give it a 0 I would, just left the emergency room with my chest feeling like it's on fire on the inside where I received no treatment! A doctor or nurse neither came into my room and the nurse straight lied about it and the HNC seemed like she could care less! Going somewhere where a person can get treatment
I brought my friend here the night of thanksgiving knowing it’s a holiday and that things can be hectic for all medical staff. But I cannot express enough the disappointment and anger I felt in my soul experiencing what we did tonight with registration desk.
