After 4 years of dedicating my time, energy, and consistently going above and beyond for this company, I can confidently say this was one of the most frustrating and poorly managed work environments I’ve experienced. My experience with Textron GSE has been extremely disappointing. I worked here for three years and dedicated my time and effort to the company, only to be let down in the end. Management and higher-ups were aware of the company’s plans to shut down operations, yet employees—especially those of us at the Ft.
