Very unprofessional on the nurses part, I tried for 3 weeks to get a call back from my Dr and never did. It was very urgent and they wasn't a bit worried and started forwarding my calls to voice mail. Wld not recommend to anyone. Ended up having to go to the ER to get something done. At my 1 visit there, the nurses sat and talked about the other patients and I was able to hear them so I know others did also. My advice wld be to go to another location other than GaryWV if u have to use tug river.
I would like to write a review for Dr Muhammed Ashir. He is my grandson pediatrician doctor. 10 month ago we moved here in WV from Brooklyn NY. For the last 5 years I was trying to find a doctor who can help my grandson but there are none in NY, just a business. My grandson pediatrician in Brooklyn kept telling us that " He is fine, just wait a little longer".
