I ordered 3 different varieties for my wife for Valentine's Day at the recommendation of my nephew who lives in Syracuse. Unfortunately, the US Postal Service lost my order. I reached out to Tug Hill and explained the situation. They were amazing and sent out another shipment right away. Thanks to Tug Hill for the excellent customer service. Looking forward to trying the coffee on Valentine's Day!
Fantastic quality coffee. I am so happy to find this company right in my backyard. I grind my beans each morning and look forward to that smell. Soooo good.

Amazing coffee! Great pastries! Unique place... was the old jailhouse. They also have "jail cells" to reserve.
