My uncle was here, and lost all his belonging and all important paperwork and credit cards with cash.
What an incredible facility! Truly feel they care about their patients and what they do day in and day out is something to appreciate and acknowledge.
I had my Covid 19 test on Aug 19 afternoon. With the help of Eric on Friday 8/21, I managed to get the report print out around 6 p.m. Hence, I was able to board my plane on Saturday 8/22 morning at JFK. I really appreciate Eric's willingness and kindness to help me.
Worst medical care I have ever received across the board in various specialties. Staff are unprofessional, unethical, and rude at times. Administration and billing are very difficult to work with. I am switching my care completely to a different hospital because I continue to be disappointed with each specialist I’ve had here.

My sister she has kidney stones and he is going through hell in this hospital. She has pain, high fever, chills, vomiting and when she calls her nurse they go in 30 minutes to an hour after she calls. This is without mentioning that she has fallen on the floor several when she gets up to the bathroom and she has to stand up on her own because she calls and no one answers. I keep receiving text messages regarding an appointment that is not mine. I have called and informed 3 people, I was directed to a department that didn’t pick up the phone and left a message with my name and phone number explaining that I have no appointment with them. I was never called back and continue to receive text messages for someone else with no option to stop getting them, only the option to cancel the appointment.

Worse hospital experience ever. My dad was inpatient for 5 days. He was out of it and the doctor did not speak to my mother once to update her on his condition. They gave him a blood clot putting a line in that they never used but I understand things happen. Discharge meds had different directions on the paperwork versus the bottles. Oh and he he just walked out. What happened to making them go out in a wheelchair and then getting picked up? I had an absolute TERRIBLE experience with Doctor Peter Dewire two weeks ago. After him showing zero empathy, telling me to go back to my primary care for painkillers and not putting the patient first, he states and I quote “it sounds like you are using this as a segway to get a different job.” This man should not be allowed with patients and if he is, there should be another staff present to document his verbage and behavior.
