My review will not be deleted. Tufts is cashing out on insurance on patients. What happened to Maria Ortiz? My mother was only 54 she died in the care of tufts. Told my mom they couldn’t do anything else for her and put her on hospice. Any complaints on this hospital shall be referred to the attorney generals office, the governor office and any other health agency. I will not be silenced about my mother. Tufts does not care about their cancer patients they cash out on them. Why you deleting reviews ?
My mom was hospitalized here early this spring and she received wonderful care by the team on North 4. She had a wonderful team of nurses, doctors, and care technicians. She spoke highly of a nice male technician who would always respond to her promptly, and of the nurses who were quite responsive to her care and explained her medications thoroughly. I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the care I received at your Emergency Department yesterday evening. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I arrived with my husband and two of my children after suffering a severe fall outside my home, resulting in a significant right foot injury.
