I had really bad experience with just booking appointment with the Dr. On my very first call with rep didn't even tell me the particular Dr I am looking for has left Tufts, asked me to call my PCP first, even my PCP was surprised to know that. But that rep lady continued to be a headache, she doesn't even know how to talk. Instead of contacting to my PCP for referral I had to call Tufts and then PCP multiple times to book the appointment and at the end my PCP itself asked me to not to go there, because they were so unprofess... read more
