What is with this office and rescheduling appointments for out-of-network providers, *without* notifying the patient the new provider is out-of-network? Absolutely horrid behavior. I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment with them in the first place and literally waste months of time if I knew their patient experience was bad like this. They’re likely going to reply to this review with a generic PR response instead of improving themselves.
I scheduled an appointment with an in-network provider, and the office later rescheduled me to an earlier appointment with a different provider. However, they neglected to inform me that the new provider was out of network, which I learned the day of the appointment. I had to cancel the appointment and by that point the original in-network provider no longer had availability.
Called to make an appointment for some scary symptoms and started crying. Receptionist told me to change my mindset. Not someone who should be talking to patients.
