Let me be clear—Tufts Medical Center is not what it used to be. I came to the ER for help with swollen feet and ankles, expecting medical care. What I got instead? Mockery, disrespect, and violations of my rights as a patient. Let’s start with the security staff—specifically one guard who has a consistently nasty, prideful, and mocking spirit. A male officer with a stocky build, wearing glasses, and with either dreads or braids, This isn’t my first encounter with him, and this time he doubled down on the disrespect. Making s... read more

I was there on Thursday April 11th just before 11:00 p.m.. my friend was taken by ambulance from South station after having a fall. I am a T12 incomplete double amputee paraplegic. I have to use the bathroom sometimes 6x a day. I was continuously denied. Till 5 30 am. I was not the patient. But if my loved one was in there I still have a right to use the bathroom. I sat quietly in my wheelchair I did not cause any issues or pose any threats.

Disturbingly horrible experience here tonight. If this is truly the state of Healthcare post covid, we are all certainly doomed. The staff was not only rude and dismissive to every single person that walked through the door for the 3 hours I was there, but it's almost as if they thought it was some kind of joke that people needed their help. They continuously made jokes to each other about various people's requests and patients situations, with the "security" team spending more time flirting with the nurses than doing their ... read more

Terrible personal. Had a concussion, was feeling like passing out with some seizures and huge confusion and pain. The doctor was fine but then I had to wait for paperwork (more than 40+ minutes). I asked for paperwork and was ignored twice when the nurse started being aggressive. I asked if I can leave in the case nobody gives me just a final paperwork for an hour and she laughed at me. On a question - why are you laughing at me she started parodying me all around the place. Very rude person. I was in pain and a patient who ... read more

"hipsters" are but weaponized rednecks slandering Urban Life, we have uninvited guests attempting Bunker Hill again, when will barbarians learn? "We are standing face to face with the barbarians. The enemy is no longer outside but inside the City, and the ruling ideology, paralysed, is incapable of spotting him. It stammers, overcome by its own moral disarmament, and is giving up: this is the time to seize the reins. Present society is an accomplice to the evil that is devouring it." ~ Guillaume Faye
