Literally the WORST place in the entire world to even try to seek emergency medical attention. Was told while waiting to be called in that “you cannot use the restroom, you have to wait until you are called out back”, like what?!? I’ve never been told I cannot use a restroom while at an emergency room. Terrible experience all around. Go ANYWHERE else but here.
My experience at TUFTS was 5 star. Period! I was traveling in Boston when I experienced an emergency that landed me in the ER. I almost didn’t go to TUFTS because of the review/star rating for the emergency department on Google… and I’m so glad that I ultimately didn’t let the ratings influence my decision to go.
