Terrible personal. Had a concussion, was feeling like passing out with some seizures and huge confusion and pain. The doctor was fine but then I had to wait for paperwork (more than 40+ minutes). I asked for paperwork and was ignored twice when the nurse started being aggressive. I asked if I can leave in the case nobody gives me just a final paperwork for an hour and she laughed at me. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at an ER at this facility. The staff was so attentive and thorough! My nurse Mark was amazing. He was so nice and compassionate. I was on a business trip from out of town and had a medical emergency and was treated so well. They got me into one of their specialists that day and I got top notch care. I am so thankful for everyone I had contact with at this hospital. Thank you so much!
Im incredibly pleased with the care I received here. After seeing many doctors and going to other ERs for severe pain (which ended up being a jaw bone infection), the doctors and nurses here finally took me seriously. They were all incredibly kind and empathetic and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I cannot thank the doctors and staff who handled my case enough.
go to a different hospital. they do not care, can't give a wait time in the ER plus hella attitude
