Plenty of parking, easy accessibility, great staff
I rarely leave reviews for medical offices, even when the care doesn’t fully resolve my issue, because I understand how complex healthcare can be and that everyone is trying their best. That said, basic courtesy should be a given. It doesn’t take much for staff to be polite and respectful, but my recent interaction here felt unnecessarily rude, particularly when trying to schedule an appointment. Patients are often already stressed and a little kindness goes a long way.
My experience with Dr. Leung has been very positive! He went over all my family history and symptoms patiently, answered questions, ordered appropriate testing, and answered all my concerns & came up with a treatment plan on follow up. Knowledgeable and helpful!
Very unresponsive to urgent situations, need to wait a week to get even a call back and that too after calling every day, save your money and find a GI elsewhere!
Dr. Leung has been the least responsive doctor I have ever had. I’m in my 20s and have had 3 consistent months of pretty bad nausea, stomach pain and frequent trips to the bathroom (8+ per day sometimes). Rushes through appointments making clear he cares more about how many patients he sees and gets paid for than he does about how patients are feeling.
