Bad experience with their case manager
Had to switch health insurance companies due to a change in employment. Tufts has been a nightmare to work with. I've never had these kinds of problems with my previous health insurance companies. Their in-network "doctor search" tab is useless because it's never accurate.
Covers almost nothing. Very disappointed. Out of pocket expenses have risen $13,500 for our family this year.
Where do I start. My Family and I have been buying Tufts Health Plans for over 15 years. It was good the first 5 years and 7 years after that, it was just OK. But the past 3 years. It’s been GARBAGE. These past few weeks I’ve been trying to get medications at my local pharmacy and have been denied because the pharmacy said that my insurance was cancelled. Never has my insurance been cancelled.
